Vážení priatelia gastronómie,
Svetová asociácia kuchárov WACS (World Association of Chefs Societies) a kuchári celého sveta sú teraz spojení myšlienkami a činnosťami smerujúcimi na podporu našich priateľov a kolegov v Japonsku.
Niekedy sa všetci cítime bezmocní proti prírodným silám a len ťažko si dokážeme predstaviť, ako pokračovať ďalej. V ťažkých časoch, ako sú tieto, je dôležité, aby kuchári celého sveta stáli pri sebe. Osemdesiat ročná história asociácie WACS je založená na priateľstve. A práve priateľstvo je tým, čo nás spája. Humanitárna pomoc „World Chefs Without Borders“ (Kuchári sveta bez hraníc) bola iniciovaná s myšlienkou, že spoločne budeme silnejší. Prostredníctvom mnohých malých vecí dokážeme dosiahnuť veľké zmeny. Preto Vás všetkých týmto vyzývam k tomu, aby ste sa k nám pripojili a pomohli našim japonským priateľom, ktorí to potrebujú. Aj každé malé prispenie sa ráta.

The World Association of Chefs Societies and chefs around the world are united in thoughts and actions to support our friends and colleagues in Japan.
Sometimes, we all feel powerless against the forces of nature and we have difficulty imagining how to carry on. It is in difficult times like this when it is important that Chefs around the world stand together. WACS's 80 years of history was built through friendship and this friendship is what binds us together. World Chefs Without Borders humanitarian Aid was created so that together we could be stronger. With many small things we can make a big difference. I ask you all to join us to help our Japanese friends in need. Every little bit counts.
